About Dinyar Vania

Dinyar Vania has recently emerged as one of the country's most exciting young tenors. With a voice which combines both power and beauty, he has earned critical acclaim portraying several of the most beloved roles in opera.  The 2012-13 season has Mr. Vania making his debut with Boston Lyric Opera as Lieutenant Pinkerton; returning to Lyric Opera of Kansas City in the same role; to Pensacola Opera and Opera Naples as Cavaradossi in Tosca, and sings as Cassio in Otello in a return to Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, under Fabio Mechetti.  On the concert stage, he joins the Rochester Philharmonic for an Exquisite Puccini concert and makes his Mexican debut with the Queretaro Philharmonic Orchestra for a evening of Verdi & Puccini.  In the fall, Dinyar will make an exciting role and house debut singing Des Grieux in Manon Lescaut with the Minnesota Opera.
